Jesus (Roger Sutton) prepares to reveal who he is to the disciples
on the Emmaus Road, by breaking the bread as he did at the Last Supper
EASTER SKETCHES (all scripts available in 50 Seasonal Sketches)
DEVIL'S ADVOCATE - Four devils try to think of a way to
thwart the Easter celebrations of their ultimate defeat, but reject the 'chocolate egg' idea as too outlandish. Aims to show how powerful the message of Easter actually is.
THE Z-FILES: Resurrection - FBI agents Mouldy and Skulker are brought in by Caiaphas and Pilate to examine supernatural goings-on involving an empty tomb - only
to experience a bizarre spiritual happening at Pentecost. Aims to remind us that both Jesus' resurrection and the coming of the Holy Spirit were supernatural events
which both had an extraordinary impact at the time.
EMMAUS ROAD - Two disciples chat about Jesus on the way to Emmaus (BLAH BLAH BLAH). Little did they know
that the mysterious stranger who joins them is the very person they are talking about. Performed at the 75th anniversary open-air service for the Anglican diocese of
Portsmouth with twelve foot high giant puppets. (see photo above)
